1. Scope of Work
The Freelancer agrees to provide UI/UX Design services for the "Project Alpha Dashboard". The exact specifications, milestones, and deliverables are attached in Appendix A. Both parties acknowledge that the work will be completed via the RedWork platform escrow system to ensure mutual security and fair compensation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Freelancer retains the right to display the final work in their professional portfolio, subject to confidentiality agreements where applicable.
